Below are a list of questions that we are frequently asked, if you can't find your answer here, feel free to contact our team.

Where do the leads come from?

Our staff work hard to ensure that we get maximum exposure and the right applicants by placing quality adverts through a range of different mediums. These include, but are not limited to job boards, newspapers, magazines, mail-shots, search engines, etc. Applicants view the advertisement and are asked to visit one of our landing pages. Here the landing pages do all the hard work like filtering and sending the leads to the right people.

Where can I veiw my leads?

There are two ways of viewing your responses, you will receive every response in an email and view them in your email inbox.

Another way is once you have logged into your account. Hover over the ‘My Account’ tab near the top right hand corner of the page. Click the ‘My leads’ link which is at the top of the list. This will bring up a list of your leads.

How do I create an account?

Click on the register button which is located at the top of this page. Fill in the details requested and click the login button at the bottom. You will then receive an activation email, click the link in the email and your account will be ready to log into.

How do I log into my account?

Click the login link which is located at the top of the page. Fill in your email address and password details as requested and then click the login button underneath.

How do I change my password?

Log into your account, once there hover over the 'My account' tab at the top of the page. Click Settings. On this screen it allows you to change your password.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have had the misfortune to forget your password click the ‘Forgot my password’ button which is near to the bottom of the homepage. A password reset popup will then appear, type your email address into the box provided and click the 'reset password' button. You will then receive an email with a link, click the link, this will take you to a web page asking you to type a new password.

How do I view how many leads I have had from a campaign?

Once you are logged into your account, hover over the ‘My account’ tab which is located near the top right hand corner of the page. From here select which campaign you require the information from. This will bring up booking details box where you can view how many leads you have had.

How do I change how many leads I want per day or pause my leads?

To view the leads or pause a campaign, once logged into your account hover over the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the page. From here select the campaign you require the information from, this will take you to the page with the campaign details and also allow you to change any settings in the service you are currently booked into.

How do I book into the lead service?

To order leads for our lead service simply log into your account, hover over the ‘Services’ tab at the top of the page and click the service you require. Don’t worry if you still haven’t decided what you want each page has a full description of the service before you book into them.
